Meet Our Team

Dr. David J. Schlueter, DDS

Founder

Dr. Schlueter is a native Cincinnatian who grew up in Montgomery and attended Moeller High School. Upon graduation, Dr. Schlueter attended the University of Dayton and received a bachelor’s degree in biology. Dr. Schlueter earned his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and he completed a General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital. At that hospital, he refined his dental surgical skills and was licensed in IV sedation.

Dr. Schlueter is thrilled to be back in the Cincinnati area and to be able to offer high-quality dental treatment. He and his wife, Ashley, have a son named Andrew and a daughter named Annabelle. Dr. Schlueter is a member of the American Dental Association®, the Ohio Dental Association and the Cincinnati Dental Society. Dr. Schlueter volunteers at University of Cincinnati Blue Ash Hygiene School with their UC Smiles and Dental Community Day donating dental services to the public and underserved kids. In his free time, Dr. Schlueter spends time with his family and is an avid Ohio State fan.

Dr. Sydney K. Hamilton, DDS

Associate Dentist

Dr. Sydney Hamilton joined the team at Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in July 2025, shortly after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. She chose a career in dentistry because it allows her to combine her love of both art and science, while making a real impact on people's lives. Dr. Hamilton is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and strives to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for everyone she treats.

Outside of the office, Dr. Hamilton enjoys staying active and spending time with her family and friends. She loves exploring new restaurants and local coffee shops throughout the city with her fiancee, Riley. A sports fan at heart, you’ll often find her watching football. She also has a creative side and recently picked up watercolor painting as a relaxing artistic outlet. She’s also a proud dog mom to Reggie, her adorable cavapoo.

Dr. Hamilton is excited to be part of the ADBA team and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she meets.

Sami
Office Manager

Sami joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2020. She enjoys helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door and is dedicated to making every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She loves building lasting relationships with patients and helping create a positive experience for everyone who visits the office. Outside of work, Sami enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Whether they're exploring new places or enjoying the outdoors together, she values making lasting memories with her family.

Gretchen
Registered Dental Hygienist

Gretchen joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2022, and began her career in dentistry in 2020. She chose a career in dentistry because she enjoys helping patients achieve healthier, brighter smiles and making a positive difference in their day. Originally from Florida, she loves visiting the beach whenever she can and is a big fan of rock music. Outside the office, Gretchen enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her cat, Ozzy, and ending the week with a good slice of pizza.

Aly
Patient Coordinator

Aly joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2025 and began her career in dentistry in 2022. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door, and loves being part of a team that makes a positive impact on both oral health and self-esteem. Outside of work, Aly enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at her lake house in Kentucky, and cheering on the University of Kentucky with her husband, her high school sweetheart.

Keshia
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Keshia has been part of the ADBA team and the dental field for one year, inspired to pursue dentistry after her own orthodontic journey. She prides herself on her ability to connect with patients and help them achieve their dream smiles. She loves spending time with her growing family and cherishing the moments as her little ones learn and grow. A proud dog mom to 14-year-old Max, Keshia enjoys golfing and being outdoors. Her warm personality and love for helping others shine through in everything she does.

Ann
Registered Dental Hygienist

Ann joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2022 and began her career in dentistry in 2011. Inspired by her mom's 47-year career in the dental field, she loves helping patients improve both their oral health and confidence. Originally from Maine, Ann enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and spoiling her fur babies, Kevin and Kyle. She treats every patient like a friend or family member and strives to make each visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Natalie
Dental Assistant

Natalie has been with ADBA and in the dental field for 5 months, driven by her passion for improving patients' oral health and overall well-being. Natalie is dedicated to helping patients regain confidence through their smiles. Building meaningful relationships with patients is what she enjoys the most. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with friends and family, weekend shopping trips with her mom, and traveling to new destinations every summer. She’s also a proud dog mom to Duke and Dipper, her two beloved companions who bring endless joy to her life.

Kylie
Registered Dental Assistant

Kylie joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2021. She chose a career in dentistry because she has always enjoyed caring for others and helping people smile with confidence. Kylie is currently continuing her education by attending EFDA school and is excited to keep growing in the profession. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking walks with her mom, and making memories with her pets, Luna, Lily, and Ozzy.
